Children & Family Ministries

Jesus, however, said, “Let the little children come to me, and stop keeping them away, because the kingdom from heaven belongs to people like these.” Matthew 19:14

In Baptism, God claims us as His very own. With water and the Word we are declared forgiven children of God. The journey that begins in Baptism is built upon the promise of God’s unfailing love through Jesus Christ, our Lord. It is our desire at Trinity Lutheran to be partners with parents in ministry. We provide a variety of programs that help parents teach their children about the Bible, the love of God, and life long discipleship.

Sunday School

Children from 3 years -5th grade are welcome to join us for Sunday School! Sunday mornings from 9:00am – 10:00am Sunday School at Trinity is a time for children to learn more about church, worship, faith, fellowship and scripture through music, engaging small group lessons, games, and art!

Sunday School PamphletSunday School Registration Form

March was a quiet month for Sunday School too. We had 3 out of the 5 Sundays off due to Spring Break and a much needed Women’s Retreat on the last weekend. April will be busy with lessons and learning our song(s) for Palm Sunday! It is hard to believe that the end of the school year is just around the corner…but Easter and the end of the school year bring hope for new beginnings and warmer temps. Those warmer temps bring thoughts of Summer in the Son and we have an exciting new program planned for this year, It is called “Wild Wonder Creation Care Camp” and we will explore ways we can enjoy and care for God’s amazing creation!
