Children & Family Ministries

Jesus, however, said, “Let the little children come to me, and stop keeping them away, because the kingdom from heaven belongs to people like these.” Matthew 19:14

In Baptism, God claims us as His very own. With water and the Word we are declared forgiven children of God. The journey that begins in Baptism is built upon the promise of God’s unfailing love through Jesus Christ, our Lord. It is our desire at Trinity Lutheran to be partners with parents in ministry. We provide a variety of programs that help parents teach their children about the Bible, the love of God, and life long discipleship.

Children’s Ministry

Family-Style Sunday School kicks off on Sunday, September 11! Youth are invited to bring their backpacks to worship at 9:00 a.m. for our backpack blessing and receive a special backpack tag for the school year. After the service on September 11, Sunday School families will gather in the fellowship hall for coffee hour and pack backpack blessing bags to be shared in our community. We’ll wrap up our time together outside on the playground if weather allows. On September 18, we encourage families to attend the Trinity carnival for food and fun! On September 25, we will have our 3rd Grade Bible Presentation and Teacher Leadership Team Installation at our 10:00 a.m. service. Look for the 3rd grade Bible sign up soon. Sunday school registration is available online at https://forms.gle/3vvknKedba5VHFFfA. There are also paper copies on the table in the narthex. Sign up today! Please reach out to Sarah with any questions at skrosschell@trinitynorthbranch.org

Family-Style Sunday School

Come be a part of a wonderful community of families at Trinity. We spend time together doing Bible stories, music, prayer, activities, crafts, service projects, yearly Christmas program, and many holiday events (Fall party, Hot Cocoa party, Easter Egg hunt).
